This portfolio evoloved over the past four years from my visits to Tuscany and Florence. I have been
photographing in Italy since 1990, and as wonderfull a place as it is to photograph during the day, it was equally as
special at night. Florence a busy, hectic place in the daytime and in the summer, often wall to wall tourists, at night
becomes a very
special place. My hope is to show you this transformation and the magical world it becomes, tourists and all. Images
were made with Hasselblad cameras (903 SWC and 503 CW with a 50 mm lens) and Fuji NG II 800 and Kodak Portra 800 film
and printed to 16x20 Fuji color paper.
For this WWW site, the negatives were scaned on an Imacon scanner at 72dpi 4" X 4".
